⚑ The Five EW-AiRM™ Non-Negotiables

These governance requirements apply at every implementation tier and form the non-negotiable EW-AiRM™ baseline. They must be satisfied before any HAiPECR pre-deployment assessment is considered complete (Krebsz 2026, Table 13.1).

  1. Named individual accountability for every deployed AI system, with documented responsibility from deployment through decommissioning.
  2. Documented HAiPECR pre-deployment assessment for every new AI system (this tool).
  3. Tested human override capability, operable within four hours regardless of time of day.
  4. Explicit, documented residual-risk sign-off by a named individual at the appropriate authority level.
  5. Incident reporting pathway for AI-related concerns, with documented protection against retaliation.

Pre-Deployment Filter: Each of the seven HAiPECR dimensions is assessed against a single, sharpened deployment-gate question. Tier-specific guidance is shown for your selected tier. Hover the button on each dimension for contextual background from the framework. Ratings are stored automatically.
HAiPECR Pre-Deployment Recommendation
Complete the assessment to generate a recommendation.
This recommendation is generated by the HAiPECR Pre-Deployment Filter tool. The deployment decision remains with the responsible enterprise and its accountable individual. No tool output replaces human judgement, documented risk acceptance, or board-level governance. (Krebsz 2026, Ch. 10; Non-Negotiable 4.)
